12 Month Membership guides

The 12 Month Membership is a recurring membership. Each month, you will receive a new fitness routine, targeting particular areas of the body. You will also be able to promote flexibility with a full Yoga session taught by top Yoga teacher Nicole Marty. The Yoga session and each warm-ups were filmed so that you can workout with Gilles and his squad each month! The membership was designed for those who want to create a fitness habit and want to workout all year around without the pressure of losing weight rapidly.
